Wings Central (WC)

PURPOSE


The purpose of Wings Central is to support APS by providing a user friendly mode of communications amounst the avian community.

The communications provided will include:
  1. Provide the Wings Central (WC) Home site.
  2. Provide the Wings Central Forum as a means of imediate communications between people in the avian community.
  3. Provide a quarterly on line magazine available from the WC Home site.
