Has anyone experienced a parrot with regurgitaing food and the possilbility of a pneumonia diagnosis ? If so, what are the prognosis of
overcoming this illness with hopitalization?  What are the odds  of my African Grey survival? I am so distrubed about this and need some
truth about what to expect? My vet has sent out the xray for a 2nd opinon or confirmation that this is what my bird has. Please I really need some advise her.

You don't give much information about the conditions regarding the regurgitating.  There are normal reasons for regurgitating, and there are medical reasons.
The most common normal reason for regurgitating is to feed their 'mate' (you).  I hope this might be the cause but without more information, I don't know.
Wish I could help with the pneumonia part of your question.
Our thoughts are with you and your Grey.
